Thanks to a prioritization of media, Flight Centre enjoyed an increase in reach, media exposure, brand awareness, increase sales; leading to further expansion of retail footprint by over 50 shops In less that 2 years.

 

Hand In Media system innovations: Implementation of a centralized Local Store Media (LSM) system for media relations, advertising management, product activations. This included the placement inserts, direct mail (flyers), print ads, grand opening ads and campaigns, media relations and PR, advertising materials creative and production coordination, media kit development and distribution, and on -site activation supports, management of events, and reporting. A coordinated marketing approach was employed, involving shop managers, area leaders, and local media representation, to leverage FC national buys on a local level.
